I submit that the wise electric company of the future will provide a lease of solar power units to all new connections, at the same price p/kw as standard connection rates. the beauty of this system is that a gradual phasing in of solar power by a professional power suppler with all the infrastructure and size of scale. Your eclectic company can easily get the loans for the implementation of such a scheme and with carbon trading just around the corner it seems logical to me that most power companies are monopolies, thus perfect to be directed by governments to adopt more green power supply and guarantees of grants and or compensation for the electric company.
